Discharge and Follow-up

Discharge criteria for children aged 6 months to 18 years:
- Weight-for-Height (W/H) or Weight-for-Length (W/L) > = 85% (WHO/NCHS table) on at least two weighing sessions
Discharge criteria for pregnant and lactating women:
- Mid-Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC) > = 230 mm or when their baby reaches six months of age
